May Fair 2026: A Morning of Maypoles, Music & Meadow Games

Every spring, Cedar Grove gathers on the farm to welcome the new season with our annual May Fair, a beloved tradition of maypole dancing, garden games, live music, and time together as a community. This year's fair brought families, siblings, and friends out to the fields for a morning full of colour, ribbon, and laughter.

Children wove ribbons around the maypole in careful, practiced patterns, a craft they'd been rehearsing in class for weeks, while younger siblings played among the flower crowns and garden stalls. Parents and teachers set up games across the meadow, and the whole farm buzzed with the sounds of fiddle music, laughter, and the first warm sun of the season.
